(Framework) Fix: Made frontend CSS/JavaScript monitoring less impatient on sites where expected assets take a little longer to become active. Although the monitor already waited until the page had fully loaded before checking, some setups make their CSS/JavaScript become active a little later, which could cause a false alarm.
